Eva Alberte is the Country Manager for Latvia at Pedersen & Partners, also heading the Financial Services practice for the Baltics. Ms. Alberte has vast Executive Search experience with senior level mandates spanning various domains, such as: general management, marketing, communications, finance, sales, human resources, manufacturing, and supply chain across Finance, FMCG, Telcom, Automotive, Logistics, Production and Energy industries. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, she gained over ten years of management experience having worked as the HR Director for EY Baltics, after that as the Head of HR at Parex Banka, and as the HR and Administration Director at Aldaris, Carlsberg Group.
Ms. Alberte studied English language and literature at University of Latvia and attended professional development programs in HR & Management organised by Ernst & Young. Ms. Alberte is MBTI certificate accredited and is also a member of the HR Club.
In addition to her native Latvian, she speaks fluent English, Russian, and has a good level of Swedish.
