Eva Alberte is the Country Manager for Latvia and Interim Country Manager for Ukraine at Pedersen & Partners. She is also heading the Financial Services practice for the Baltic countries. Ms. Alberte has a vast Executive Search experience with +400 senior search mandates executed across functions in Financial Services, Energy, FMCG, Telco, Manufacturing and FMCG industries in private and public sectors across Baltics and Poland. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, she had built a career in HR Management in complex and fast-growing organizations, as HR Director for EY Baltics, Head of HR at Parex Banka, and HR and Administration Director at Aldaris, Carlsberg Group.
She is a certified member of the Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance and a member of the HR Club in Latvia. Ms. Alberte studied English language and literature at the University of Latvia and, in addition to her native Latvian, speaks fluent English and Russian, with a working level of Swedish.
