Fazal Mogal is a Principal with Pedersen & Partners, based in Mumbai, India. He brings over 20 years of Executive Search and Leadership Consulting experience across Consumer, Digital, Industrial, and Life Sciences sectors, with a strong focus on high-growth and transformation-driven organizations in emerging markets. Fazal has advised regional and multinational clients on C-suite and senior leadership appointments, with an emphasis on scaling businesses, driving digital innovation, and strengthening talent pipelines across diverse functions.
Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Fazal led the Consumer and Digital practice in India for a global executive search firm, where he developed and expanded the firm’s presence across consumer, retail, digital, consumer tech and E- Commerce sectors. Previously, he held senior leadership roles at regional and international executive search and management consulting firms, where he successfully built new business units, introduced retained and RPO models, and managed large-scale talent acquisition projects across key industry verticals.
Earlier in his career, Fazal held management and P&L responsibilities within global recruitment and consulting businesses, where he was recognized for driving operational performance and client development across multiple locations.
Fazal holds a degree in Industrial Electronics Engineering from the University of Mumbai. He is fluent in English, Hindi, and several regional Indian languages.
