Gabriela Trojakova is a Principal at Pedersen & Partners based in Prague, Czech Republic. Ms. Trojakova brings over 20 years of experience in Executive Search, human capital strategy design and execution, coaching and career mentoring. Her track record includes over a decade with Philip Morris International in various HR management positions, and another five years with Vodafone Czech Republic as an HR Business Partner. At Vodafone, Ms. Trojáková oversaw the implementation of a company-wide transformational people agenda, focusing on A-to-Z employee lifecycle management, FTEs planning, people development, attrition, retention, engagement, and wellbeing.
Ms. Trojakova holds a degree in Personnel Management from the Charles University in Prague and obtained the ICF coaching certification by completing the Coach Specific Training with the Masaryk Institute of Advanced Studies at the Czech Technical University in Prague. She also successfully completed WAVE Saville Assessment International Accreditation, AGILE & SCRUM Fundamentals and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction programs. In addition to her native Czech, she is fluent in English.
