Gaurav Seth is a Client Partner and the Managing Director for India with Pedersen & Partners, based in New Delhi. Gaurav has over 15 years of C-suite search experience, having previously held key roles with several international Executive Search firms in India, as well as leadership positions in global multinationals. Gaurav began his career at ANZ Grindlays Bank, working in technology and retail banking across Australia, India, and the United Kingdom, before moving into the BPO / KPO industry, where he held leadership roles at Genpact and Standard & Poor's.
Gaurav earned a B.A. in Economics from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi, a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, London. Gaurav is fluent in English and Hindi.
