Mr. Orecchini has over 25 years of international experience in Consulting, Business Development, and Executive Search. He has held senior leadership positions, including Managing Director and Board Member roles, and has been actively involved in supporting start-ups in Italy, building their leadership capabilities to drive growth and innovation.
He has successfully managed and delivered cross-border senior-level assignments across a variety of sectors, including General Management, Operational Management, R&D, Finance, and HR. His industry expertise spans Energy & Natural Resources, Aerospace & Defence, Automotive, Chemical & Materials, and Machinery & Industrial Technology.
Mr. Orecchini holds a Master’s Degree with honors in Aerospace Engineering from La Sapienza University of Rome in Italy. In addition to his native Italian, he speaks fluent English and can communicate in French.
