Henrik Mook is a Client Partner based in Düsseldorf, Germany. As a trusted partner to Lifestyle & Sports Brands, Henrik works with founders, boards and C-level leaders of brands, sports properties and investor-backed companies on executive search, leadership and strategic partnerships.
With over 25 years of experience across C-level leadership, executive search, consulting and corporate finance, Henrik combines strategic rigor with a deep understanding of people, brands and global markets.
Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Henrik held senior executive roles at international executive search and advisory firms across Germany, Switzerland, and the UK, including Managing Partner and Managing Director positions. His expertise spans global business development, executive search, consulting, and corporate finance.
In addition, Henrik has extensive experience in venture capital advisory, investor targeting, corporate VC building, and board advisory for startups and growth-stage companies. Earlier in his career, he was a Managing Director in investment banking, overseeing strategic client relationships and corporate finance activities. He also led the international expansion and operational growth of a multinational retail company as Managing Director.
Henrik holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and speaks fluent German and English.
