Iana Gudima is a Research Consultant at Pedersen & Partners, based in Balti, Moldova. In her capacity, Ms. Gudima works alongside Pedersen & Partners’ Consultants on international Executive Search assignments and strategic projects. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, she gained experience in web content management and academic information services.
Ms. Gudima graduated from Alecu Russo University in Balti, Moldova. In addition to her native Romanian, she is fluent in English, French, Russian, and Ukrainian.
