Ingunn excels in talent management, global partnerships, and optimising HR operations. Her previous role at a leading Austrian recruitment firm highlighted her abilities in consulting and developing client relationships, especially within the IT sector. Prior to that, Ingunn excelled as an HR Manager, displaying her expertise in creating people-focused strategies and implementing innovative HR systems. Ingunn has also worked at Yahoo, where she acquired a deep functional understanding of the Technology industry.
Ingunn holds a Master’s Degree from the University of Southern Denmark, as well as an MBA Program (Cross Cultural Business Studies) from the Middlebury Institute of Internationale Studies, California, USA. In addition to her native Danish and fluent English, German and Icelandic, Ingunn is proficient in Swedish and Norwegian.
