Irakli Kilasonia is the Head of Caucasus at Pedersen & Partners. Mr. Kilasonia joined the firm in 2007 and oversees the firm’s operations in Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan. He has over 24 years of operations management experience in retail and insurance industries both in Georgia and the U.S.A.
Mr. Kilasonia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from the European School of Management in Tbilisi, Georgia. In addition to his native Georgian, he speaks fluent English and Russian and conversational Spanish.
