Irina Machidon (ex-Cuzminschi) is the Professional Services Practice Group Program Manager at Pedersen & Partners, based in Balti, Moldova. She assists Consultants in their Executive Search assignments across a wide variety of industries and geographies. Ms. Machidon began her career with Pedersen & Partners in 2017 as a Research Analyst and was later promoted to a Senior Research Analyst position, providing support with candidate identification and sourcing for projects across the Industrial, FMCG, Consumer Durables, and Financial Services industries.
Ms. Machidon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy with a focus on French Language and Literature and English and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the Alecu Russo Balti State University. Apart from her native Romanian, Ms. Machidon communicates well in Russian, English, and French.
