Iuliana Covaliu is the Human Resources Manager and the Head of the Chisinau Office at Pedersen & Partners. Ms. Covaliu has worked for Pedersen & Partners for over a decade and has expertise across various internal functions such as Research, Business Development, Management Travel Support and also served as the Executive Chairman's Assistant. Before joining the firm, she gained experience in France with AIESEC (Association Internationale des Étudiants en Sciences Économiques et Commerciales) and in the Moldovan Stock Exchange.
Ms. Covaliu has an Economics and Management degree from Pierre Mendès France University and holds a Master’s degree in Investment and Capital Markets from the Academy of Economic Studies in Moldova. In addition to her native Romanian, she speaks fluent English, Russian, and French
