Jed Van Voorhis is a Client Partner at Pedersen & Partners. In the course of his Executive Search career, Mr. Van Voorhis has worked with large international Executive Search firms in Taiwan and Greater China and has developed strong network and client portfolio having recruited Board and C-level executives for organisations ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining Pedersen and Partners, he worked for more than a decade as a Partner at a leading Global Executive Search firm partnering with clients throughout Asia Pacific.
His expertise is helping companies solve strategic senior management challenges within the global electronics supply chains, medical technology, and alternative energy economies. This includes high-tech manufacturing, specialty chemicals and gas, industrial capital equipment, display technologies, wind energy, waste to energy, and medical testing & diagnostic tools.
Mr. Van Voorhis holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona in Political Science and Chinese History, which he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He also studied Chinese Language and Culture at the National Taiwan Normal University under a two-year graduate exchange scholarship program. In addition to his native English, Mr. Van Voorhis is a Mandarin speaker.
