Jeff Shapiro is a Client Partner and is based in Miami, Florida. With more than 25 years of Executive Search experience, Mr. Shapiro’s background has focused on building leadership teams for large multinationals, early-stage, pre-IPO, and venture-backed businesses. Mr. Shapiro’s senior executive mandates have ranged from Director, VP, SBU & Country Heads through the C-suite, as well as Board of Directors. Mr. Shapiro has held various leadership roles, including Managing Partner with a US based boutique Executive Search firm which he founded, where he focused on building a Food Value Chain Practice. In this role, Mr. Shapiro partnered with clients in North America and assisted U.S. clients with leadership mandates as part of their market entry into Greater China and Japan. Earlier in his career, Mr. Shapiro served as Managing Director of the Supply Chain / Procurement Leadership Practice with an international Retained Executive Search firm. Mr. Shapiro’s international expertise drives value for clients when consulting on strategic human capital deployment for global expansion, JV partnerships, M&A, change management, and the acquisition of key leadership for mission-critical growth initiatives.
