Jerker Gräsbeck serves as the Country Manager for Finland at Pedersen & Partners and is part of the firm's global Industrial Practice. With more than a decade of experience in Executive Search, he has focused extensively on placing C-level executives and board members, as well as conducting Management and Board-Development Audits. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Gräsbeck has held significant roles, including Senior Partner with a Finnish Executive Search and Talent Management firm and Senior Executive Search Consultant with an international Executive Search company.
Mr. Gräsbeck’s background encompasses leading international positions primarily in the manufacturing, chemicals, and raw-materials industries. His roles have spanned product management, technical service, and technical sales, eventually progressing to lead sales organizations, business units, and entire companies as CEO in Finland and Sweden.
Mr. Gräsbeck holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Åbo Akademi University, combined with post-graduate studies in management and marketing. He also holds a certificate in People Assessment, verified by the Finnish Psychologists Association, including several certificates of different test- and assessment tools. He is multilingual, fluent in Swedish, Finnish, English, German, and French.
