Juan Pablo’s expertise spans the development of talent strategies, executive search, leadership advisory, and business transformation, with a specific focus on the Consumer Goods, Industrial, Financial Services, and Tech & Digital sectors. Throughout his career, Juan Pablo has held several key regional roles with international consultancy firms. Notably, as a Regional Executive Search Consultant, Juan Pablo led talent advisory initiatives, providing guidance and expertise to clients, emphasizing Executive Search, cultural, and leadership transformation, as well as executive assessment, career advisory, and succession planning. Additionally, Juan Pablo served as an HR executive at LATAM Airlines, where he built and managed an Internal Executive Search Division, further enhancing his understanding and knowledge of effective search and talent management strategies. Juan Pablo has been based in Brazil since 2006, leading projects across the Americas and facilitating connections between the USA, Europe, and Latin America for executives, entrepreneurs, and companies.
Juan Pablo earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, with studies in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, as well as Financial Planning. A native Spanish speaker, he is also fluent in Portuguese and English.
