Kairi Raudmets is a Client Partner and the Country Manager for Estonia at Pedersen & Partners. Ms. Raudmets has an executive career that spans over 20 years and has successfully completed senior level global and regional executive search work across Europe and US. Her portfolio mainly consists of clients in the Consumer Goods and Retail sector with global accounts across Europe, together with an extensive track record in helping Estonian digital platform, industrial, and technology businesses to expand abroad and go global. Ms. Raudmets has over two decades of in-depth functional sales and marketing expertise in the FMCG and Travel & Leisure industries. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Ms. Raudmets spent 11 years with global food products manufacturer Mars – creating, recruiting, leading, and developing multicultural and often remote sales and marketing teams in the Baltics. Her professional career began in the Travel & Leisure industry, where she held roles with travel services providers and an international hotel chain.
Ms. Raudmets holds a Master’s degree in Social Sciences (Organisational Behaviour) from Tallinn University and a diploma in Economics from TalTech University. Apart from her native Estonian, she speaks fluent English.
