Kamila Waryńska is a Consultant at Pedersen & Partners, based in Warsaw. With over 16 years of Executive Search experience, she has worked with both global and local firms, managing client relations and senior management searches across Poland and the wider CEE region. Kamila specialises in the Industrial and Professional Services sectors, as well as PE portfolio companies. She provides managerial assessments, development programs, and strategic HR solutions, including post-merger integration, talent management, and executive development.
Kamila is certified in Hogan Assessment Systems, holds a Master's degree in Marketing and Management from Warsaw University, and has completed postgraduate studies in Human Capital Management from Koźmiński University. In addition to her native Polish, Kamila speaks fluent English and conversational French.
