Karen Daniels is a high-calibre professional with over 2 decades of experience in executive roles in national and global companies (viz. Heineken, Diageo, and Shell). She brings a deep understanding of corporate culture as well as living and working in Africa and Europe. Karen spent 4 years living and working in Lagos, Nigeria in a director role for a multinational FMCG company. She therefore brings sound knowledge and experience of working in extremely challenging and diverse environments which is typical of emerging markets. Karen recently joined Pedersen and Partners and is based in Amsterdam, focusing on executive search and leadership development. She holds an MBA from the University of South Africa and is a certified and experienced executive coach. Alongside her native English, she can communicate in Afrikaans and Dutch.
