Karen Iksan is a Senior Research Consultant at Pedersen & Partners, based in Singapore.
Since she joined the firm in 2019, she has supported numerous executive search assignments with 60+ mandates in the FinTech and Financial Services sectors alone. Alongside her role as Senior Research Consultant, Karen also served as FinTech Practice Group Knowledge Manager, where she leveraged market and talent intelligence, tracked industry and company trends, and prepared client materials to support informed decision-making.
Karen supports the identification and assessment of senior leaders across C-level and functional leadership roles in the APAC and the Middle East regions, building on her extensive experience across EMEA. Her sector expertise spans manufacturing, automation, robotics, and technology, complemented by experience supporting assignments within Healthcare, FMCG, FinTech, Banking, and Financial institutions.
Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Karen worked as an Office Administrator, supporting operational and administrative processes in an international environment.
Karen holds both BSc and MSc degrees in International Business from Maastricht University in the Netherlands. She is fluent in Mandarin and English.
