Karen Iksan is the FinTech Practice Group Program Manager at Pedersen & Partners based in Singapore. In her role, Ms. Iksan provides support to firm’s Consultants throughout the entire cycle of an Executive Search assignment. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Ms. Iksan worked as an Office Administrator.
Ms. Iksan holds BSc and MSc degrees in International Business from Maastricht University in The Netherlands. Ms. Iksan speaks fluent Mandarin and English.
