Katharina Kaiser is the Country Manager for Austria at Pedersen & Partners and a member of the firm’s Packaging Practice Group, part of the broader Industrial Practice. She has over 20 years of international Executive Search experience and has successfully completed more than 300 senior and executive-level assignments globally.
Ms. Kaiser focuses on C-level placements across the Industrial, Financial Services, and FMCG sectors. Her functional expertise spans General Management, Operations and Commercial Management, Finance, Human Resources, and Research & Development roles.
Before joining Pedersen & Partners, she worked for another leading international Executive Search firm, focusing on C-level mandates across Europe. She also manages global key accounts for multinational clients headquartered in the DACH region, supporting their leadership hiring needs worldwide.
Ms. Kaiser holds a Master’s degree from the University of Vienna. In addition to her native German, she speaks fluent English and conversational French.
