Katharina Kaiser is the Country Manager for Austria and a member of the Industrial Practice Group at Pedersen & Partners. Ms. Kaiser has 21 years of expertise acquired in international Executive Search companies, through the successful completion of over 300 regional senior-level and executive-level search assignments over the course of her career. She has a wealth of experience in the C-level assessment and recruitment of senior professionals in Austria and throughout Europe, with a focus on the Industrial, Consumer Goods & Retail industries.
Ms. Kaiser holds a Master’s degree from University of Vienna. In addition to her native German, she speaks fluent English and can communicate in French.
