Ms. Kathy Hanna is a Client Partner and Global Head of Leadership Consulting Practice at Pedersen & Partners. Now balancing her time between Asia and United States, Ms. Hanna has worked internationally throughout her career and has lived in United States, Europe, South America, and Asia.  Ms. Hanna possesses over 25 years of global business and intercultural expertise gained through various corporate and advisory roles in developed and emerging markets. Ms. Hanna has extensive experience in leading teams and delivering solutions that include Strategy Execution, Organization Transformation, Leadership Assessment, Talent Management, Global Leadership Development, Succession Planning, as well as Executive and Team Coaching. Ms. Hanna previously served as the global head of human resources for top-tier US and European multinationals, with operations in Asia, Europe, South America, and the United States, where she oversaw all aspects of human capital management. Ms. Hanna has also been responsible for finance, treasury and government relations for other organizations and was a member of General Electric’s global merger and acquisition team while working as a consultant at Towers Watson. Ms. Hanna also led advisory services in Asia Pacific for a top five international consulting and executive search firm, focused on Fortune 200 clients with an emphasis on organization transformation and global leadership.

Ms. Hanna holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in International Business (Finance) & Asian Studies from Columbia University | SIPA and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Comparative Government and Economics from Dartmouth College. She is a certified executive and business coach and is qualified in several leadership and organization assessment tools. Ms. Hanna is also a Certified Advisory Board Chair and has held several not-for-profit board positions. A native English speaker, she is also proficient in Mandarin Chinese.
