Kathy has held advisory roles in global leadership development and organisational effectiveness and was a member of the global M&A and Human Capital team at Watson Wyatt Worldwide and served as a Senior Advisor and Key Account leader for Korn Ferry in Asia Pacific. Additionally, Kathy held senior global HR leadership positions overseeing talent strategies, culture change, and organisational effectiveness with firms including Kohler, Philips Electronics, and Corning Inc.
