Katrina Krasnova is a Research Associate at Pedersen & Partners, based in Riga, Latvia. She plays a key role in international search projects, sourcing, evaluating and selecting top-tier talent across the Baltics, CEE, India, China, and the Middle East, spanning diverse industries.
Before joining Pedersen & Partners, Ms. Krasnova served as a foreign advisor, offering support with the admissions and immigration processes for students at the University of Latvia.
Ms. Krasnova holds a Bachelor's degree in Asian Studies from the University of Latvia and a Master's degree in Enterprise Management from the University of Science and Technology Beijing. In addition to her native Latvian, she speaks fluent English, conversational Chinese, and has basic knowledge of Russian and German.
