Kristina Vaivadaite is a Client Partner, Country Manager for Lithuania. She is also part of the global Life Science and Leadership Consulting Practice at Pedersen & Partners. Ms. Vaivadaite has over 20 years of Executive Search experience, having completed more than 600 senior-level search assignments across different geographies. Throughout her career with Pedersen & Partners, Ms. Vaivadaite has completed assignments across the Life Science, Consumer Goods, Industrial, Technology, and Financial Services sectors in Europe, Asia, and the US. She also has a solid track record of Board-level mandates. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Ms. Vaivadaite led the Lithuanian operations of a regional Executive Search company and also provided HR consulting services to local and international clients.
Ms. Vaivadaite holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Vilnius University and has a Professional Board Member Certificate from the Institute of Corporate Governance. She speaks fluent Lithuanian, English, and Russian.
