Kumar Aditya is a Research Associate at Pedersen & Partners, based in New Delhi, India. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Mr. Aditya gained early career experience in executive search supporting retained leadership mandates across the banking and financial services, manufacturing, infrastructure, power and consulting sectors.
Mr. Aditya has earned a PGDM in Human Resources from IMI, Bhubaneswar, and a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Presidency College, Bangalore.
