Linda Pecina

Linda Pecina is a Research Consultant, bringing experience in executive search research, assignment coordination, and marketing support within international and consulting-driven environments. She has contributed to C-level recruiting projects, supporting alignment between client needs and candidate goals, with a focus on research, interviewing, and structured search processes.

Prior to her current role, Ms. Pecina worked in executive search and talent advisory, where she supported senior-level assignments as Assignment Manager and Researcher, while also contributing to marketing and communication activities. Earlier in her career, she held roles in international and public-sector organizations, providing executive administrative support, internal communications, and stakeholder coordination, as well as positions in marketing and PR focused on strategic communication and audience engagement.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Cultural and Social Anthropology from the University of Latvia and a Master’s degree in Communication and Media Studies from Riga Stradins University. Ms. Pecina is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Education Sciences at the University of Latvia, with a particular interest in career education, guidance, and learning and organizational development.
