Liuda Moshat is the Operations Manager at Pedersen & Partners, based in Chisinau, Moldova. In this role, she oversees all aspects of the firmwide operational and organisational processes, including planning, control, performance improvement, and operations strategy. Together with the wider management team, she sets training standards and hiring procedures, assuring quality, productivity and efficiency and high-level execution, following the firm’s standards, and respecting its values. Ms. Moshat entered the Executive Search industry with Pedersen & Partners in 2011 and has advanced through a series of roles within the Research Centre, starting as Research Associate and developing into a Research Centre Program Manager. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Ms. Moshat gained administrative and Human Resources experience at the Moldovan Governmental Department of Inter-ethnic Relations and at the Turkish International Cooperation Administration in Moldova.
Ms. Moshat holds a Bachelor’s degree in Informatics and Foreign Languages from the Technical University of Moldova. She speaks fluent Romanian, Russian, and English and can communicate in Turkish.
