Luminita Mihalachi is a Senior Research Consultant at Pedersen & Partners. Ms. Mihalachi joined the firm in 2018 as a Research Associate, part of the Research Centre in Chisinau, Moldova. In this role, Ms. Mihalachi acted as a business partner to Senior Consultants across the firm, holding direct responsibility for C-level roles search execution in various industries and, assuring quality and on time delivery to clients. Prior to entering Executive Search, Ms. Mihalachi gained IT experience through internships and jobs within various organisations in Moldova, such as the European Commission, DG Research & Innovation Centre of International Projects of the Academy of Science of Moldova and the Information Society Development Institute.
Ms. Mihalachi graduated Moldova State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Database and Knowledge Base and a Master’s degree in Computer Science/IT.
