Margarita Melniciuc is the Financial Controller and the Country Manager for the Republic of Moldova at Pedersen & Partners, based in Chisinau. She manages the firm’s reporting processes with a main focus on the EMEA region. As a Controller, Ms. Melniciuc oversees the purchasing, payments, accounting service, financial softs and databases development within the firm. She has also been the Finance Manager and the Legal Director for Moldova since 2008, in charge of all the administrative and financial processes of this office. Ms. Melniciuc brings over 15 years of experience in accounting and controlling across various industries, such as Real Estate, Retail, Construction, and Telecommunications. Prior to joining the firm, she worked with Canadel, an international Real Estate development company.
Ms. Melniciuc has a BA in Accounting from the Academy of Economic Studies and a BA in Economic Law from the State University of Moldova. She graduated with a tri-executive MBA diploma from Toulouse Business School and is also an ACCA graduate. She speaks native Russian, and is fluent in Romanian and English.
