Maria Ursu is a Private Equity Practice Group Program Manager at Pedersen & Partners, based in Balti, Moldova. Ms. Ursu started her career with Pedersen & Partners as a Research Analyst in 2014 and in this role, Ms. Ursu provided assistance for numerous cross-border talent acquisition assignments within emerging markets. In 2015 Ms. Ursu was promoted to Business Development Executive and supported the firm’s business development efforts across various industries.
Ms. Ursu holds a Bachelor’s degree of Education (B.Ed.) in Foreign Languages and Literature from Alecu Russo State University in Moldova. Apart from her native Romanian, she speaks fluent Russian and English and can communicate in German.
