She has completed numerous C-level, executive and management assignments successfully. Ms. Grondahl has worked for start-ups, mid-sized organisations and multinationals, public listed, private held and PE-backed firms. Ms. Grondahl also has solid experience in assessment tools and she is a certificated professional coach to management teams and individuals. Prior to joining the Executive Search industry, Ms. Grondahl worked at SEB Merchant Banking.
