Melissa Mascarenhas is a Research Consultant at Pedersen & Partners, based in Dubai. Ms. Mascarenhas has 15 years of Executive Search experience in the MENA region, with a successful track record of senior mandates for numerous clients across various sectors, namely Healthcare, Oil & Gas, Industrial and Manufacturing, FMCG, and Retail. She started her career with the Dubai office of a global talent consultancy where she was involved in the initial stages of the search process, conducting research in the Healthcare, Industrial, and Manufacturing sectors, and over the years she built her expertise in Executive Search focusing on C-suite mandates. She has handled multiple assignments for key management functions, including sales and marketing, business development, human resources, and finance for international and regional corporations in the Middle East. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, she worked for a talent management firm exclusively focused on the MENA Healthcare sector, as a Senior Research Associate, identifying candidates and assessing top-level executives across all functions.
Ms. Mascarenhas has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Wollongong in Dubai and an MBA from Murdoch University, Australia. She speaks fluent English and Hindi.
