Michael Buckley is a Client Partner at Pedersen & Partners, based in Southern California. Mr. Buckley is a seasoned Executive Search professional who has over a decade of Executive Search experience across the Life Sciences, Consumer, and Industrial sectors. Before joining the firm, Mr. Buckley was responsible for leading senior level mandates across North America for a US headquartered search firm. Earlier in his career, Mr. Buckley was the Director of Business Development and Lead Search Consultant with a US based Executive Search organization, where he managed a team of Consultants focused on C-suite projects.
Mr. Buckley holds a BS in History and Political Science from the State University of New York – Albany and speaks Spanish and Korean in addition to his native English.
