Michael Castelló Vogt is Client Partner who spends his time between Brussels and Frankfurt covering DACH & Benelux, recruiting leadership positions in various sectors including Financial Services (Banking, Private Equity, Impact Finance), FMCG, Industrial and Public Affairs.
Michael has conducted searches across West and East Europe, Russia/CIS, Middle East & Africa. He filled key positions for multinationals, financial institutions, development banks, asset managers and private equity firms and PE-owned companies.
Mr. Castelló Vogt joined the firm in 2008 based in Prague with a focus on CEE, CIS and global cross-border assignments with an additional shift in 2012 to focus on EMEA out of Brussels and Frankfurt. He previously worked eight years in the field of Corporate Governance, having worked as a Senior Corporate Governance Consultant at Deminor Rating in Brussels servicing institutional investors, European blue chip companies and regulatory authorities. More recently, Michael worked with Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) and Risk Metrics Group as a Senior Associate & Manager advising some of the largest listed European companies and their boards on corporate governance & ESG.
Mr. Castelló Vogt holds an MA degree in Political Science having studied at Universität Konstanz and Universidad Complutense in Madrid. He also completed an MSc degree in Sociology from the University of Bristol in the UK. He speaks native German, fluent English, French, Spanish and conversational Portuguese.
