Michael Larsen is a Client Partner at Pedersen & Partners, based in Austria. He served for more than a decade in management roles in banking institutions and then started his 17 years career at a global Executive Search, Professional Recruitment and Talent Advisory firm, where he held leading roles in Denmark, Australia, South Africa and as the Managing Director for Austria for the last 8 years of his tenure, where he managed business operations together with completing numerous senior-level engagements for clients across a variety of business sectors: Industrial, Technology & Digital, Consumer & Retail, Life Sciences & Healthcare, and Financial Services. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Michael worked in senior global HR functions in multinational companies listed on the German DAX and the Austrian ATX stock exchange.
Michael holds an International Business Economics degree from the University of Commerce, in Aarhus/Denmark. He speaks Danish, German, and English fluently.
