Mihaela Doschinescu is a Human Resources Operations Lead and the Head of Balti Office at Pedersen & Partners, based in Moldova. In her role as a Human Resources Operations Lead, Ms. Doschinescu supports team members across the global organisation with various HR related requests. As the Head of Balti Office, she is responsible for leading, overseeing, and coordinating the local operations in Balti. Ms. Doschinescu started her career within the firm in early 2016 as a Research Analyst, one year later she has been promoted to Shared Resources Centre Trainer, responsible for the integration and training of new team members.
Ms. Doschinescu is a Licentiate in English language & literature and French, and holds a Master’s degree in English Didactics from the State University “Alecu Russo”. Ms. Doschinescu is fluent in Romanian and English, can communicate in Russian, and has a basic knowledge of Spanish and French.
