Mirela Mirea is the Operations Director at Pedersen & Partners. Ms. Mirea joined Pedersen & Partners in 2011, bringing along in-depth experience encompassing human resources, workforce & leadership acquisition & development, organisational effectiveness & behaviour, and change management. During her tenure at Pedersen & Partners, she leveraged her people operations expertise and played an important role in the firm’s strategic management via process redesign, effective growth solutions, and shared services optimisation. Previously in her career, Ms. Mirea worked for seven years with Phillip Morris International in Romania and held various roles covering HR Administration, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, and Organisational Development. Additionally, she served as a Project Manager, leading a regional HR functional restructuring project for Philip Morris Romania.
Ms. Mirea has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Bucharest and a degree in basic Accounting. She speaks native Romanian, fluent English, and conversational French and Spanish.
