Mirjam Schwarz is a Principal at Pedersen & Partners, based in Germany. Mirjam’s career path has been marked by significant milestones in Management Consulting, Sales, and Human Resources, as well as over 20 years of experience in project management. Mirjam specialises in worldwide searches for top-tier talent, particularly in the automotive, electrical engineering and wholesale sectors. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Mirjam ran a boutique Executive Search firm for nearly eight years, where she focused on executive search, management consulting, and bespoke coaching for professionals and companies in generational transition. Before pivoting to Executive Search, Mirjam held positions at IBM, Siemens Solutions & Services, and O’Neal Europe, where she was responsible for developing and implementing balanced scorecards, coordinating international recruitment, and overseeing departments such as HR, IT, Finance, and Logistics.
Mirjam holds a degree in IT Systems Management from the Technical College of Business Administration and Data Processing in Stuttgart. She is also an MCSE Microsoft Certified System Engineer, and a certified Psychological Management Trainer and Individual Coach.
In addition to her native German, Mirjam is fluent in English and speaks basic Italian and French.
