Mona Neagoe is an Equity Partner and Board Member at Pedersen & Partners, leading the firm’s country teams across Southeastern Europe and its Professional Services Practice Group. Following a decade in management consulting with Andersen and EY, she joined Pedersen & Partners in 2005, contributing to the firm’s growth and international expansion. A trusted advisor to CEOs, Boards, and investors, Mona brings extensive experience in executive search, leadership advisory, and corporate governance. She has led over 500 executive search and leadership consulting engagements across Central and Eastern Europe, advising clients in Private Equity, Financial Services, Professional Services, Consumer Goods, and Healthcare.
Combining strategic insight with a deep understanding of business and organisational dynamics, she helps organisations build effective leadership teams and align leadership capabilities with strategic priorities. Mona holds a PhD in Corporate Governance within Business Ethics and is a Chartered Director with the Institute of Directors (UK).
