Mona Neagoe is a Partner at Pedersen & Partners, heading the Professional Services Practice Group and leading the South Eastern Europe country teams. She is also a member of Pedersen & Partners Board. After a decade of experience in consulting with Andersen and EY, Ms. Neagoe transitioned to Executive Search with Pedersen & Partners in 2005, contributing to the firm’s growth and expansion. An insightful and creative leader, she has an excellent track record advising a broad portfolio of clients on talent, leadership, corporate governance, and organisational issues. She has led over 500 search mandates within the Private Equity, Financial Services, Consulting, Consumer Goods and Healthcare across CEE countries. A Certified Hogan Practitioner, Ms. Neagoe was involved in leadership consulting projects especially in Private Equity, Banking, and Telco areas.
Mona Neagoe graduated from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest and holds an MBA from IEDC Slovenia. She is pursuing her PhD in Philosophy on Corporate Governance within Business Ethics.
