Monica Gherase-Toader is a Senior Research Consultant within the Real Estate Practice at Pedersen & Partners, based in Bucharest, Romania. She brings a wealth of expertise in management consulting and banking to her role. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Monica worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she managed projects in the financial services industry, including market evaluations, feasibility studies, and more. A significant part of Monica's career has been in the banking sector. As a relationship manager, she managed both SME and large corporate portfolios, including the coordination of real estate projects.
Monica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and a Master’s degree in Management of International Projects from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, Romania. Alongside her native Romanian, Monica is Fluent in English and Greek.
