Monika Kecskes is a Client Partner and the Country Manager of Hungary at Pedersen & Partners. She joined the firm in 2001, built up the Hungarian operations and also contributed to the regional exposure of Pedersen & Partners throughout Central Eastern Europe. Ms. Kecskes established strong cooperation partnerships with clients in CEE and has executed senior level assignments in various sectors such as Consumer Goods, IT/ Telecom, Professional Advisory, Pharma, Media and Entertainment, Financial Services, Private Equity and Retail. Having regional exposure, she executed assignments across various countries and completed more than 450 senior level searches. Ms. Kecskes started working in the Executive Search industry in Hungary in 1998. Previously, she worked in corporate banking positions with Citibank, ING Bank and Creditanstalt.
Ms. Kecskes is an MBA graduate of the Budapest University of Economics and also holds a postgraduate degree from the Eotvos Lorant Law University. In addition to her native Hungarian Ms. Kecskes speaks fluent English.
