Previously, Narendra served as the Director of Operations with a Dubai based executive search firm, leading projects across the Middle East and Africa. Throughout his tenure, he has held roles with several firms in the Executive Search industry. His geographic exposure includes working with clients across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, India, South Asia, Türkiye, Western Europe, USA. He has also led standalone projects in Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman. From a sector point of view, he has worked with global and multinational clients across FMCG, Financial Services, Private Equity, Technology, and Pharmaceutical. He also specializes in working with and advising family businesses on leadership searches, succession planning, and leadership development.
Narendra holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from XLRI, Jamshedpur, and a Bachelor's degree in Zoology from LNMU. He is a fluent English speaker.
