Nisit Krutkaew is a Client Partner and the Country Manager for Thailand at Pedersen & Partners. Mr. Krutkaew is a seasoned Executive Search consultant with over 20 years of Executive Search experience. Having started his career with a boutique, Mr. Krutkaew progressed to leadership roles within the Executive Search industry. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Mr. Krutkaew was a member of Heidrick & Struggles’ Global Industrial Practice team in Thailand, leading Industrial, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Digital & Technology, and Board Services engagements in Thailand. Mr. Krutkaew has led client work in Energy, Agricultural, Pharmaceutical, Technology & Telecommunications, Real Estate, Start-up, as well as family-owned and private capital business across South East Asia. Mr. Krutkaew has also provided Board Advisory Services by working closely with the Institute of Directors on board succession and assessment. Mr. Krutkaew has completed Top-level searches for CEO, MD, CHRO, CFO for companies operating in Asia facing disruption imperative. Earlier he was a part of a pioneer team in Thailand to re-launch the Thailand office for a Global Executive Search Network with full responsibilities on P&L and daily operations. Prior to entering the Executive Search industry, Mr. Krutkaew was based in the UK where he worked for a Management Consulting organisation, as well as the Royal Thai Embassy.
Mr. Krutkaew holds a postgraduate diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, in Berkshire, UK and a BTEC Higher National Diploma in Hotel, Catering and Institutional Management from Westminster College. He speaks fluent Thai and English.
