Olga Chironda is a Senior Research Consultant at Pedersen & Partners, based in Balti, Moldova. She is an experienced Human Resources professional with a demonstrated history of working in the staffing and recruiting industry. Ms. Chironda started her Executive Search career with Pedersen & Partners in 2015 and, since then, has held several roles ranging from Research Analyst, Shared Resources Centre Trainer, Human Resources Assistant, and SRC BD ID Lead. Currently, she works on the firm’s Executive Search projects, assisting with sourcing, assessment, and selection of candidates, covering APAC and MEA regions. Before joining Pedersen & Partners Ms. Chironda was an English Teacher at the Music Pedagogical College for 6 years.
Ms. Chironda holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Foreign Languages and Literature and a Master's Degree focused on Education Sciences from Alecu Russo Balti State University. Apart from her native Romanian, Ms. Chironda speaks fluent English and Russian and has a basic knowledge of French.
