Oyal Bayrak is a Principal within the Consumer & Retail Practice Group and the Country Manager for Türkiye at Pedersen & Partners.
Since 2013, Mrs. Bayrak has helped clients in more than 100 senior-level mandates, including General Management, Operational Management, Commercial Management, Finance, and HR leadership roles in the FMCG, Building Materials, and Retail sectors for multinational and international companies across the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and the USA. Over the years she worked closely with Turkish conglomerates to strengthen their management teams locally and globally while expanding and investing in new markets.
Mrs. Bayrak’s extensive prior experience comes from a Private-Equity invested FMCG company. She managed Commercial & Logistics operations while serving as a Board Member of the company for over 10 years.
Mrs. Bayrak has a diploma in Marketing from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration & Management from Koç University. She speaks native Turkish and fluent English.
