Paul Chau is a Client Partner, Market Leader – Hong Kong at Pedersen & Partners. He brings a wealth of experience spanning engineering, marketing, sales, consulting, and general management. Before joining Pedersen & Partners, Paul held several key roles with international Executive Search firms in Hong Kong, where he was instrumental in leading client relationships, strategic talent consulting, and executive searches in the region. He excels in directing senior-level searches across diverse industries, including consumer, retail, technology and telecommunications, industrial, and financial services. Before pivoting to Executive Search, Paul served as Managing Director, Asia, at Scan Coin, overseeing the business operations in Asia and driving marketing initiatives in the region. His experience also includes significant roles at AT&T, contributing to the rollout of AT&T WorldNet service in Asia, and leading corporate development efforts in the Asia Pacific.
Paul holds an MBA in Finance from the Stern School of Business, New York University, and a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the City College of New York, City University of New York. Paul is a native Mandarin and Cantonese speaker and is fluent in English.
