Before joining Pedersen & Partners, he established and successfully managed a boutique Executive Search firm in Kuala Lumpur, focusing on senior-level executive positions across South East Asia and the Middle East. Throughout his 20-year Executive Search tenure, Mr. Lisney has developed a strong track record of partnering with clients in various sectors including Defence, Financial Services, FMCG, Shared Services, Telecommunications, Life Sciences, and Industrial segments, assisting them in building high-performing leadership teams. Prior to his venture into advisory services, Mr. Lisney held the position of Regional General Manager for a prominent engineering corporation in the Middle East. He also held senior management roles within the same company in South East Asia and Mexico, showcasing his international experience and versatility.
Mr. Lisney holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies from the University of Buckingham and a Master's Degree in International Marketing from the University of Strathclyde. He is fluent in both English and Swedish. With his profound industry knowledge and diverse experience, Mr. Lisney plays a pivotal role in driving success for Pedersen & Partners and its clients.
