Pranvera Papamihali is the Country Manager for Albania and a Regional Consultant for Pedersen & Partners. Ms. Papamihali has 17+ years of international Executive Search experience, having led and executed 150+ top level assignments across the Western Balkans and Europe. Her area of involvement covers Banking and FinTech, Telecommunications, Energy, Retail, and Healthcare industries.
A senior consultant and a mature leader, Ms. Papamihali was the Head of Corporate Affairs at Telekom Albania and Head of International Relations at ALSAT Television, prior to joining Pedersen & Partners. Before acquiring business and leadership experience she was a diplomat within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Albania. She has lived and worked in Germany for several years and speaks English, Italian, Hungarian and German, in addition to her native Albanian.
Ms. Papamihali holds a Master of Arts degree in Hungarian Language and Literature from the University of Sciences Eötvös Loránd Tudomány Egyetem in Budapest, Hungary.
