Renata Toma is a Research Associate and Technology & Digital Practice Group Knowledge Specialist, at Pedersen & Partners based in the UK. She assists Consultants in their Executive Search assignments across a wide variety of industries and geographies. Ms. Toma started her Executive Search career with Pedersen & Partners in 2015 and, since then, has held several roles ranging from Research Analyst, Shared Resources Centre Trainer and Research Associate.
Ms. Toma graduated Free International University in Moldova and holds a Master degree in Political Sciences. In addition to her native Romanian, she is fluent in English, Russian and Spanish.
