Robert Nash serves as the Country Manager for Norway and as a Principal focusing on the Industrial Practice across the Nordics. Robert is a recognised professional in the Executive Search industry, with over 28 years of extensive experience in talent selection and assessment, at both national and international levels. Throughout his career, Robert has held various leadership roles with international Executive Search and Professional Services firms, giving him profound insights into organisational functioning and the essentials of effective talent selection. Robert’s competence extends to talent acquisition in diverse domains such as sales, finance, IT, and management, and he has also acted as a Country Manager.
Robert holds a Master’s degree in Business from the University of Gothenburg, as well as qualifications in master management of organisational psychology from BI in Oslo. In addition, Robert is a DNV Certified Recruiter. Robert is a native speaker of Norwegian and speaks English fluently.
