Roxana Ursu is a Senior Research Consultant at Pedersen & Partners. Since she joined the firm in 2011, Ms. Ursu has been involved as a researcher in local and international searches, focusing on the Services and Consumer Goods industries. A great communicator and planner, she participated in more than 200 Executive Search assignments, while also contributing on internal search projects, office administration and various events’ logistics. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Ms. Ursu worked in the administrative field at Oracle and served as a researcher for an NGO focused on international relations.
Ms. Ursu holds a Master’s degree in Conflict Analysis and Resolution and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations both from the National School of Political and Administrative Studies in Bucharest. Apart from her native Romanian, she speaks fluent English and Spanish.
